If I can't pay my mortgage,Why do I need a Realtor?

This video is a short discussion on options you may have if you can't pay your mortgage.

One options is a short sale, and this video explains why you may need to have a Real estate agent. An agent can help prove that the property was marked aggressively at market value, help facilitate the transaction, and help keep it at arms length.

Thanks.  This was very informative.  I am just beginning to stick my big toe in to the waters of short sales.  Trying to learn as much as I can to see if it is even anything I want to take on as a Realtor. We don't have a ton of short sales here but do have some and would like to be better informed about them even if I don't do them myself.  I have hit suggest on this and will look forward to the continuation of your series.  Just one small suggestion.  If you could do the recording in a more sound proof room it would be easier for old ears like mine to understand the dialog.
